Booking & Hiring
How long is the hire period?
Salt Banksia offers flexible hire periods, with both 4-day & 8-day rental options available to suit your event.
How do I book for a specific date?
Simply use the live availability calendar on any product page to select your event dates & secure your hire instantly.
Can I try the dress on first?
Absolutely! Appointments can be booked online via our website booking link. To help protect our garments, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing makeup or having a fresh tan prior to your fitting.
Collection & Returns
How do I collect/ return my dress?
All collections & returns take place in-store at Salt Banksia Boutique, conveniently located at 8/54 Marina Boulevard in Cullen Bay.
**You will receive an email once your garment is ready in store (approximately 1hr).
What happens if I return my dress late?
To ensure the next guest receives their hire on time, a late fee of $30 per day apply for delayed returns.
Fit & Care
What if the dress doesn't fit?
Try on appointments are available to ensure the perfect fit. Alternatively, please refer to our Size Guide and the specific Fit Notes on each product page for detailed measurements.
What if I accidentally damage the dress?
We understand accidents can happen. If any damage occurs during your hire period, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing admin@saltbanksia.com.au so our team can assess the garment & determine any necessary repairs.
Do I need to clean the dress?
No. Professional dry cleaning is included in every hire. To protect the quality & integrity of our garments, we kindly ask that you do not wash, spot clean, or dry-clean the dress yourself. Any damage caused by unauthorised cleaning or stain removal attempts may incur repair or replacement charges.
